What data we collect
We only collect the data you give us voluntarily: in the contact form (name, phone, email and country, when provided, and your message) and when subscribing to the newsletter (your email). We do not collect data about you without your knowledge.
How we use the data
We use the form data only to reply to your request and follow up on the support you ask for. The newsletter email is used only to send you our communications. We do not use your data for any other purpose, nor do we make automated decisions.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your data. To run the website we rely on service providers (for example, for email delivery and hosting) that process the data only on our behalf and for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the form are received in our email and are not stored in any database; they remain only in our inbox for as long as needed. The newsletter email is kept until you ask to stop receiving it.
Your rights
You may, at any time, ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to geral@mundofeliz.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

This website uses a single functional cookie, to remember the language you choose. Google Maps, when loaded, may set its own cookies. We do not use advertising or traffic-analytics cookies.
